These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("Client") and Weston Walkies ("Us"). By engaging our services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
• Weston Walkies provides dog walking services.
• Our services include walking, exercising, and providing
basic care, such as feeding or administering medication,
for your dog(s) during the agreed-upon timeframe.
• Clients are responsible for providing any necessary
equipment, such as collars or harnesses.
• Clients must book services in advance through our contact
form or via email.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm
your slot. For bookings made via the contact form or email,
we will provide payment instructions upon confirming your
request.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit
cards, cash, and other agreed-upon methods.
• Prior to finalising the booking, Weston Walkies offers a
complimentary home visit to assess the dog's behaviour,
health, and specific requirements. This also allows Weston
Walkies to introduce ourselves to you and your dog. This
visit helps ensure that we can provide personalised and
attentive care tailored to your dog's needs during the
agreed-upon timeframe.
• Weston Walkies reserves the right to change prices with
prior notice. Any price changes will be communicated to
Clients at least 30 days in advance.

• Our Refunds & Cancellations Policy outlines conditions for
cancellations initiated by the Client or Weston Walkies and
details the timelines for any applicable refunds.
• Clients must ensure that their dog(s) are up to date on vaccinations and free from any contagious illnesses. Weston Walkies reserves the right to refuse service to any dog showing signs of aggression or illness to protect the safety of our staff and other dogs in our care.
• Weston Walkies respects the privacy of its Clients and
will not disclose any confidential information to third
parties without the Client’s express consent, unless
required by law.
• By default, the Client consents to pictures of their
dog(s) being uploaded to social media platforms and used in
marketing materials. Clients may opt out of this provision
by notifying Weston Walkies in writing before the start of
the service.
• Client information, including contact information and
addresses, will be securely stored and retained for as long
as the Client remains a customer of Weston Walkies.
• Weston Walkies reserves the right to cancel any service(s)
for any reason, including but not limited to the discovery
of undisclosed behavioural issues or safety concerns. In
such
cases, Clients will be notified as soon as possible. Any
payments will be refunded promptly upon cancellation.
• Failure to disclose any behavioural difficulties your dog
faces prior to booking our service(s) or failure to disclose
any new behavioural difficulties your dog faces after the
booking has been made may result in termination of our
services and could impact eligibility for future bookings.
• Weston Walkies is not responsible for any injury or
illness that may occur during the service period unless
directly caused by our gross negligence. Clients agree to
indemnify and hold Weston Walkies harmless from any
liability arising from incidents involving their dog(s),
including injuries to third parties or damage to
property.
• Gross negligence refers to a reckless disregard for the
safety of your dog(s), which Weston Walkies takes every
precaution to avoid.
• Clients must provide all necessary equipment for the
dog(s), including but not limited to collars, harnesses, or
muzzles if needed.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their dog(s) are
adequately trained for walking and do not pose a risk to the
walker or others.
• Clients must notify Weston Walkies of any changes in their
dog’s behaviour or health condition as soon as possible.
• Weston Walkies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

• These Terms, together with the Refunds & Cancellations Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Weston Walkies and the Client, superseding all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
